Video: Rep. Bos Deeply Concerned by Trauma HB 3653 Will Cause Victims

Speaking during a press conference alongside domestic violence survivor Cassandra Tanner-Miller, State Rep. Chris Bos expressed serious concerns about provisions within HB 3653 that could compel a victim, like a child who has been sexually abused, to face their attacker at a hearing within hours of an assault. Bos said House Bill 3653 should be vetoed to allow for a more thorough public debate and vetting process that includes all affected.
